1. Blowfish Restaurant

Blowfish is an iconic staple at the Dolphin Beach end of Blouberg. Offering breathtakingly beautiful views of Table Mountain, the ocean, and the surrounding beach, Blowfish will be your perfect photo op! The menu covers a range of seafood, innovative sushi options, grills, pastas, curries, salads, poke bowls, desserts, and a great alcohol menu.

2. Blue Peter Restaurant

Another good location for a famous Cape Town sunset is at the Blue Peter. If you are dining on the Lower Deck, you can have the choice of regular seating or a picnic-esque seat on the green lawns in front. If you are looking for something a bit more formal, head to The Lighthouse Restaurant for more stunning views. The Blue Peter is particularly known for their Sunday lunches.

3. Cubaña Tableview

Cubaña offers a Blouberg beachfront view of Table Mountain and an authentic Latino Social Caffé experience. Grab a bite to eat, either for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or boogie the night away to some of South Africa’s top DJs. Grab a cocktail and enjoy a meal with your friends and family!

4. On The Rocks

On The Rocks is situated, as the name suggests, right by the sea and offers all-day dining. If you are someone who likes to listen to the sound of the waves while sipping on a glass of champagne or a cocktail, this is the restaurant for you. The menu is diverse and offers some authentic Cape Town options.

5. Pakalolo Cocktail Bar

If you are looking for a stunning spot to enjoy a cold drink and a beautiful sunset, head to Pakalolo. The bar is open from early in the day, when they serve juices and hot drinks, to late into the evening, perfect for a night-out with friends. Grab some grub while watching the latest sport matches or simply admire the view!

6. Homespun

For those of us who like to try the finer things in life every once in a while, Homespun by Matt’s Blouberg location is the place to be. Choosing from either a tasting menu or a 3-course meal, the food has been elegantly and delicately designed with influences from European, Asian, and local flavours.

7. The Thirsty Turtle

This sports bar by day, buzzing party spot by night has the best drink deals you will find! The Turtle is known for its friendly staff and amazing vibes. Be sure to go on a Thursday when the two-for-one special is running.
